Ross has worked for over a decade in the construction industry in a long established Wanganui company qualifying with a National Certificate in carpentry and bringing a broad range of skills and knowledge to the company. Ross’s speed and accuracy in the work carried out is a strength underpinning the company.

Ross is a licenced Building Practitioner and Registered Master Builder. Ross’s experience extends from residential to commercial and industrial construction, numerous new houses, factory and office buildings, extensions, alterations, bathroom and kitchen renovations, garages, retaining walls and site-works throughout the Wanganui District as can be seen in Elites portfolio.

Ross is joined by a consultant to the firm, Geoff Bayley who has over 38 years experience in the construction industry in New Zealand. Geoff began his experience in 3 Wanganui Architectural practices in the 1970’s of Earles Lamont Bycroft and Partners (qualifying in Architectural Draughting), Earles & Co and then to Belchambers and Low and then to Jones Construction in Wanganui during the 1980’s, Hawkins Construction in Auckland (qualifying as a registered quantity surveyor) and Mainzeal Construction before setting up his own practice in construction dispute resolution in 1991.

Geoff is a Registered Quantity Surveyor, a Fellow of the NZ Institute of Quantity Surveyors, a Fellow of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand. He is qualified arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator and has been involved in over $900 Million worth of dispute resolution on $8 billion worth of projects over the last 2.5 decades and was the driving force behind the Construction Contracts Act in 2002 authoring 2 texts on the Construction Contracts Act. Geoff has also acted as building expert in hundreds of cases over the 2 decades regarding over 1900 leaking buildings and acted as expert for Owners, Body Corporates, Councils, Architects, Projects managers, Builders and Subcontractors.

Geoff also has a detailed experience in estimating, costing and pricing, contract administration, project management and programming.
